CROCKPOT PORK TACOS

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINADE: Cilantro, olive oil, garlic cloves, lime juice, orange juice, cumin, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper

INGREDIENTS FOR CROCKPOT: Pork loin, salt to taste, white onion SERVING: Gluten free corn tortillas, red onion, avocado, purple cabbage, cilantro

Place cilantro, olive oil, garlic, lime and orange juices in food processor. Blend well. Add spices and whisk together.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Make vertical cut down center of pork oil from top to bottom. Generously season with salt & pepper. Place pork loin in crock pot.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pour marinade on top of pork along with chopped onion. Place lid on crock pot and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2-3 hours or LOW for 4-5 hours.

Shred pork with two forks. Turn crockpot to WARM and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
