INGREDIENTS: + ground flax meal + almond butter + unsweetened cocoa powder + maple syrup or honey + chocolate protein powder + coconut oil + shredded coconut + dark chocolate morsels

1) Place flax meal, creamy nut butter, and cocoa powder in food processor. Blend.

2) Add protein powder, coconut, and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.

3) Transfer batter to a mixing bowl and stir in chocolate chips.

4) Chill the batter for about 20 minutes. Then scoop out to golf ball-size amount, roll between palms. Continue until dough is used up. Roll each ball in coconut to coat.
