DETOX BROCCOLI SALAD (MAYO FREE)

INGREDIENTS: Plain yogurt, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, black pepper, broccoli, dried fruit or fresh blueberries, roasted nuts or seeds, red onion, optional - baby spinach

In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, oil, optional honey, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Combine the broccoli, onion, blueberries and nuts/seeds together in a large bowl.
