1) Add limes, 1/2 of the sugar, and water to high-speed blender. Place lid on blender and pulse about 5 times.
2) Place fine-mesh strainer over pitcher and pour the blended lime mixture through strainer. Press the rest of the liquid through strainer. Discard pulp. Repeat until all limes are used up.
3) Pour strained lime mixture back into blender and add condensed milk. Pulse again to blend.
4) Add ice to cups, pour limeade over ice and garnish with mint leaves and extra lime slices, if desired.
