GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN OPTION

INGREDIENTS: - almond four - coconut flour - baking powder - salt - sugar or sugar substitute - butter - eggs - almond milk - blueberries

1) In a mixing bowl sift together the dry ingredients.  2) In a separate bowl beat together the wet ingredients.

3) Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir together.  4) Fold in the blueberries. Then spread evenly into an 8x8 baking pan.

FOR THE TOPPING: - butter - almond flour - sugar or coconut sugar - cinnamon 1) Mix together until a crumble forms. Sprinkle over top of cake batter

5) Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing.
