AIR FRYER FISH TACOS

Gluten Free | Dairy Free

INGREDIENTS: Cod fillet, gluten free oat flour, almond flour, taco seasoning, seltzer water OR gluten free beer, baking soda, kosher salt

In a bowl, mix the oat flour, almond flour, taco seasoning, salt & pepper. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Slowly whisk in the seltzer/beer until smooth. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Carefully dredge the fish strips in the batter, coating both sides. Place on sheet pan.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, place coated fish strips in air fryer basket. Sprits tops with cooking spray.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until cod reaches internal temperature of 145°F. Remove the fish from air fryer and set on clean plate for serving.

INSTRUCTIONS:

To serve, place the fish on warmed tortillas with layer of pineapple slaw, avocado, and drizzle of cream sauce.
