We’re talking threads today. Yes, you have seen them all over the blog-O-sphere! PV Body love! It’s like being part of the jelly belly flavor of the month club but with fun workout clothes, not jelly beans. Although that would be a bonus to get both, am i right?
So yes, PV Body. I received my sample clothing about 3 weeks ago but didn’t post right away. Why?
- I wanted to see how the clothes performed with running, cross training, lifting, and yoga.
- I wanted to wash them not only once, but twice.
- I wanted to wear them in cold and in hot environments
- And to be honest, it was the Holidays and I didn’t have time. I was ENJOYING instead.
I finally got around to it and I finally made a VLOG about it. You can see my review below. This was me, post trail run, no make up, sweaty, and stinky talking about my clothing package. Classy, eh? My pants are from American apparel and my top is made by Electric Yoga.

Well now that I’ve talked threads, let’s talk things. Specifically workout things. Monday I covered a spin class for another instructor. I had 2 people. When that happens I like to do longer intervals with them. Here’s the set. You can do this on any cardio machine really, but if you’re on a spin bike or trainer, it’s a good one to kill time.
Have you tried PV Body yet? How about long intervals? Yay or Nay? I have a feeling most people will say no to that one.
Okay, gotta go get ready for my hot date tomorrow. We’re celebrating 5 years of marriage. WHOA!

Love the idea of the PV body gear! Surprisingly, I totally prefer longer intervals— on the bike or in the pool! I’ll have to give this one a a try on the trainer as I’m going to be bored out of my mind soon with all the indoor training happening right now. 🙂

I enjoy smaller spin classes – I feel like I get more tips and pointers and the instructor always pushes us a little harder!

I love the blue pants on you!! Definitely one of your colors =) I haven’t tried pv body yet…have read a bunch of the review on them and they sound great. I’m just SO picky with my running gear (I stick to 2 companies) so I am hesitant to try them out. We’ll see. All these great review and cute clothes are having me rethink this.
