This is how I #PROOFed

by Lindsay Cotter · 06/18/2012

Well, the weekend is over. Oh goodness. Can’t we have another day? I need it, bad! You see, this weekend might have been all about Father’s day but it was also all about moving. Fortunately, my dad is the best and helped us move. I like to think it was my gift to him. A “my dad to the rescue” moment. Right? haha. Don’t worry, we did feed him steak on Sunday! Winking smile

Anyway, back to the weekend of moving, and moving, and yes still moving. Moving up and down stairs, moving boxes into cars, moving furniture from storage, to trucks, to rooms, etc. MOVING! And when we weren’t moving we were playing, and when we were done playing, we were resting. Yes, this has been my definition of Fitfluential PROOF lately.  Don’t know what #PROOF is? See here!

IMG_20120614_115434 boxes

#PROOF:

I wore my Banjees Wrist Wallet to carry my keys, etc. I used my lower back and legs to lift boxes. I used my shoulders and arms to put things up and in it’s new place.

And then there was the PLAY kind of moving/movement #PROOF. Playing on our bikes and wearing plenty of sunscreen of course. Making each other laugh with funny faces. Definitely a good ab workout!

protect play

Let’s not forget the post swim PLAYING with our food… in the form of sprinkles and bluebell ice cream . Winking smile

blue bell blue bell 2

Moving, playing, and laughing were all good #PROOF’s from the weekend, but I’d have to say that my favorite of all was was the #POST #PROOF.

Resting, Recovering, Recharging.

rest IMG_20120617_152620

Working out is definitely a passion and love of mine, but…….

being a LIVING MOVING #PROOF keeps me balanced, thankful, and well…. ….POOPED!

How do you LIVE your #PROOF?

Cheers,

LC

p.s.

Don’t forget about the Banjees wrist wallet giveaway GOOD till Wednesday!

Your weekend #PROOF is my favorite type of PROOF. It’s lifetime PROOF. It’s proof that you’re strong and resilient (mentally and physically), and that you can endure anything. I’m glad the moving went well, and that you stopped to laugh and enjoy some ice cream along the way. That’s what a good life is all about!

Huge hugs to you, Lindsay! And please, please, please come visit me in DC any time! I’d seriously love to have you!!

I #proof by moving, grooving, and rocking my bad self out! This weekend, my proof consisted of medicine and rest. Summer colds/flus are bitey.

I love your upbeat attitude even when things are up in the air and changing a lot. Not everyone can do that with a smile on their face.

I knowwww it’s so admirable and refreshing huh?!! I’ve been doing this by getting stuff done and helping Greg to assemble furniture, haul stuff, etc.! 🙂 But it feels good, just like you say.
