I played around with it today and created my own version.
It took me exactly 34 minutes.
The 100 + Workout:
100 jump rope jumps
90 alternating reverse lunges
80 BOSU push ups
70 TRX curls
60 weighted crunches
50 jump rope jumps
30 pike tucks on stability ball
20 single leg squats (each leg)
15 squat press with sand bag
12 side leg lifts (each side)
10 minutes on stair mill
