This week has been eating us alive. In fact, the kiwi and I just had to laugh at ourselves and the MESS of a week it’s been. Lots of subbing at the gym, house sitting, dog sitting, and so many little mishaps/miscommunication. I call this Crazy Cotter Syndrome. LOL! Anyway, I pulled together a few workouts I’ve been teaching at the gym. Most of these workouts are 30-40 minutes, hence the thirty minute Thursday title. If you throw in a warm up and cool down, they might be a little longer.
Let me know if you try any of them. Oh and of course they are not pretty looking, just copy and pasted from my phone and notes. But hey, it’s better than nothing!

p.s. I have been trying some of the strength moves you suggested the other day. The second one, the one on the bosu, would it still be beneficial if it’s a static lunge? I feel like I am going to topple over sometimes…but maybe I should force myself to do it so I gain more strength…

Oh we have those weeks over here too… Josh & I are really working on communication lately, so our life is a little nuts right now! I pinned some of those workouts!
Oh I hear ya. Although this week my response has been to ignore some of the things I should be doing (studying) and resting. I think I must really need that vacation next week!!

I’m a PT and Group Ex Instructor and am studying to get my nutritional specialist certification (so help) my husband is crazy enough to think that triathlons are also his profession.. even though they aren’t. I hear ya on the week. Though that was how my week went last week. This week is soooo much better, but still a bit strange. I’m ready for the kids to be out of school. The 30 extra minutes they added to their days for the next two months has really thrown things off.
