Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened cranberries
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp MCT Coconut oil
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Vegan or Grass fed Whey Protein
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions
