Did I really just use the word lovin’ in a title? Yes, yes I did. But hey, it is Valentines month, so it’s justifiable. Or so I think. But I have to confess, the kiwi and I aren’t really that’s romantic. I know I know. Corny Cotter is not romantic. I think we show our love by spending time with each other hanging out and of course food. Food is always love in our house.
So here are a few of my favorite Valentine’s Day gluten-free recipes. An oysters recipe is in there…oh, I’m so cliche.

And to keep the theme of love on this marvelous Monday, we’ll go with a few other things I’m loving. Or how I phrase… “loving this!”
I’m loving actually having time to get a haircut because now it’s less work style. And also helps to have a nuttzo trucker hat after I workout to cover up the frizz.
I’m loving sizzlefish! They are amazing company and even more amazing sis delivered right to your door. Our go to right now is trout with collard greens lemon garlic and red pepper.
I’m loving having Mila Chia back in my pantry. It’s basically a Chia flour. So good to bake with too. Can’t wait to make my Grain free faux rye bread again this week. Will probably use a different variation. So stay tuned for another recipe that’s grain free and omega rich.
I’m loving running trails without a Garmin, just me and my Mizunos. Although that probably has to change soon since I’ll be running a 200 mile relay is in two months. Thanks to our Team Captain Taylor for reminding me. I better start actually training now. Ha.
And of course I’m loving all these flavors for February’s healthy bites giveaway and recipe. Now I just need to finalize one. What do you want to see? Dark chocolate cherry Chia, cherry vanilla, cashew cocoa GF pretzel, or raspberry chocolate chip?
Lastly, I’m loving this. It’s Corny Cotter at its finest.
okay, you know I have to end with this question.
What’s your “loving this” statement this week?

You better save some of those pretzel bites for me in my next random order! Just saying…XOXO

I’m loving that you mentioned dark chocolate chia. How can you not?? Your hair looks fantastic btw!
Your hair is super cute!! I’m lovin’ the sunshine today because it’s supposed to start snowing in just a bit and get even colder (it was still cold today but…). I would love the beach even more – one day!!!
Im “lovin” all your snarky faces!!!!
Im not feelin’ all Valentinesy yet…. I am always late to the party!
I just took down my snowflakes!
EEKS
too many holidays to keep up with. haha. And yes, i’m uber snarky
HAha I don’t know how to even train for this race!
LOL! glad i’m not alone here. Wish we lived closer
Love the hair! It blows my mind how great you feel after a good cut! Adorable trucker hat too… we should get those for the team!
ohhh i’m on it!
cuuuute hair! did you get it lightened too? i am loving on sweet hot mustard from trader joes and the fact that it is not negative degrees outside haha!
i did! i’m trying to gradually go back to blonde. Maybe it will trick our weather into thinking it’s summer. ha
vote here for chocolate cherry! you (and your hair) are absolutely adorable. what am i lovin this week? hm i am lovin the possibility that my bronchitis may go away at some point? so that i can have a successful run without my chest hurting? i am NOT loving the 10 inches of snow predicted here on wednesday.
oh no!! not good running weather. I still think you need to move here. <3
Your hair is so cute!! And I def have some GF treats up my sleeve for ya 😉
Humm…loving this? I’m loving my HUSBAND. I can’t believe that it’s already almost been four months since our wedding, and we’re about to have our first Vday as husband and wife together. How sweet. I love how he is always there for me, holding my hand when the going gets tough. Awe 🙂
i just love the love here. Being a wife is a blessing.
I am a little offended you didn’t have a section saying, “I am loving… GIGI” – BAH HA HA HA!!! Common now. I thought I was the 3rd wheel in your relationship with Kiwi, where’s the shout out, LMFAO 😉
i saw you were having a love affair with salmon and squash and got jealous.
I GUESS…… I see your point!
Cashew Cocoa! I admit, Nick and I aren’t that into the Valentine’s day thing either. Last year he sent me roses and I yelled at him because they overcharged and the flowers were wilted. I love that he wanted to send me something but I don’t like succumbing to the idea that we have to do the traditional things. I love cooking and having a nice meal at home (I mean I love that any day of the year)
man we are so alike!
I stinking LOVE your hair!!!!! OMG!!
I tried my hand at making bites… they are good… just not as good as the REAL THING! I did chocolate cherry for V-day! 🙂
Whew! That’s a long relay. I’d need a huge team! Haha
I’m loving that the babe is asleep on my lap right now. Sleeping > Screaming
yay!! he’s sleeping!!
You are such a sappy romantic. Admit it. 😉
I’m loving the fact that I worked my tail off for the last three weeks and am now looking at a couple weeks (at least!) of relative downtime. I still have the normal weekly and daily things, but there aren’t any big looming projects on the immediate horizon. Finally, I didn’t procrastinate, and now? I GET IT!!
ahhh it’s true. we’re not romantic. corny yes, lovey dovey.. eh. not really. haha.
And yay for productivity!!
p.s. Have you been posting? if so, i haven’t seen any in my bloglovin
First of all, your hair looks so cute! Secondly, I love that quote about giving people a bit of your heart 🙂
me too!! the quote… it’s blunt and powerful and yet comforting
Cashew cocoa GF pretzel!!! Omg it sounds amazzing!!
Sandro and me aren’t romantic either, lol. I feel so awkward when someone gets romantic towards me. Haha 🙂
I just got a Garmin lately and it’s so nice to finally see what I’m actually doing 🙂
I am LOVIN’ the Corny Cotter quote that you ended with – a piece of your heart is ALWAYS better than a piece of your mind. Also, you are the cutest – your hair is so rockin’ <3 P.S. I am also LOVIN' the blogging community & all the support and LOVIN' that I started Lindsay Weighs In!
i am too friend! Lindsay’s LOVIN! haha. so glad you approve of corny cotter too
I am LOVIN’ the Corny Cotter quote that you ended with – a piece of your heart is ALWAYS better than a piece of your mind. Also, you are the cutest – your hair is so rockin’ <3
LOVE your hair! Super cute! I finally (after almost a freaking year) got my haircut last week, alas the stylist was ‘afraid’ to cut it and after begging 3 times to take more off, I gave up. It’s better ‘healthier’ overall but my hair grows like a weed and I wanted MORE! Sigh.
Mizunos are my forever love! Mmmmm raspberry chocolate chip!
LOVE YOUR HAIR!!! You are so cute!! And I love all of these recipes! So yummy!
Still so weird that it’s February! I have a feeling this month will speed right past my eyes, too, if I don’t do something about it.
I’m loving taking a look at my own thoughts this week…kind of a process thing I’m going through right now – but I’m lovin’ it! Have a good day, girl 😉
and i’m loving your thoughts. Stepping back and evaluating. So good! let’s catch up soon
Cherry vanilla for me but I am sure that will get the least votes. 😉
Love your hair too.. and collection of recipes!!!
Loving that it is a new week to start anew & all the other goodies on my blog today! 🙂
Hahaha, Jake and I aren’t very romantic, either. To us, romance means sitting on the couch, both wearing a pair of Jake’s sweats, eating take-out. Hot, right ;)?
For the HBs, you gotta go with the GF pretzel… Salty and sweet always wins out!
“I boldly let go & trust in God” it was one of my quotes from my daily word book..I love it! Lots of upcoming events & not sure how they will all turn out but I’m just going with it! Plus going to church again on a regular basis feels good & I’m LOVIN that 🙂 Oh & I should mention… I canNOT stop making your recipes. MUAH!!!!
Oh oops forgot to mention… Your hair looks great 🙂
i saw your cut and wanted to be like you! <3
Cute hair! I’m loving Litehouse Food’s Strawberry Yogurt dip this week 😉 and figuring out some ways to use it in recipes. There’s a cake in the oven right now 🙂
*Hi you!* I LOVE the last quote….giving of the heart:) THANK YOU for the awesome Monday reminder.
Hi friend. Love you! Love your heart. <3
Love the hair cut. The cherry vanilla bites sound fantastic! And I always love corny cotter!
Lovely haircut! I just got around to trimming mine too. Shew, it feels wonderful! I’m loving green smoothies! They’re so quick, versatile, and not to mention fabulous as a pancake too 🙂 Happy Monday!

Love your hair! It looks awesome!
I’m loving pancakes! I seriously can’t get enough of them! This obsession has been going on for 2 weeks now.
I’ll give you a piece of my mind: cashew cocoa GF pretzel!!!
I’m not loving having to choose between all those delicious flavours, but I AM loving the sound of those cashew cocoa GF pretzel bites. Holy.yum.
You are always adorable and the hair looks fantastic! Loving these recipes…chia flour is new to me. I’m loving the book I just finished and also loving progress with the injury.
i can’t pick between all those healthy bites options! maybe you should send me a sample of each and then i could make a more fair decision??? 😉
You’re ADORABLE and I LOVE your hair. I wish I could pull of the short hair look.. however w/ thick hair I’d look like I just got electricuted over & over again. 🙁
cashew cocoa GF pretzel pleasee!!
Oooh love your hair!! This week, I’m loving my green smoothies. Lately it’s been really cold so drinking a cold smoothie in the morning has been a challenge, but I’ve craved them hard for the last little while and my bod is LOVING their return!
MY GIRL MY GIRL MY GIRL
I know I always say it but this weekend she was a rock star 🙂
Awww what a lovely post 🙂 So much great stuff! A 200 mile relay!? Whoa! That is intense! Not even sure I could handle that! Love all the recipes, I really wanna have some of your bites soon, coconut ones would be great!
Running without a garmin feels so good, I am thinking about writing a post about the obsession that a garmin can bring. I see it so often with my athletes, and I have definitely been there! Bet the trails are gorgeous! I am gonna be stuck inside with Tara for a few days on the treadmill! Boo!
oh yes, do it!!! we all need that post.
mmm, I am loving my treadmill since I am watching another 5-8″ falling outside. Work is closed. Kids are home. Eh, it’s all good. Love that quote at the end. So true. The 200 mile relay sounds like a lot of fun!
i didn’t know what i was signing up for with this relay, i was tricked haha. by a friend. oh my!
I vote for Dark Chocolate Cherry Chia.
Happy Monday!
maybe i should do all four? haha
Your hair looks adorable! I’ve been trying to grow mine out and it’s so tempting to just cut it off already!
I’m loving having a bizzilion snow days and being cooped up in the ….oh, wait, no. I’m loving all the extra family time being cooped up in the house brings. 😉
