These 6 go-to gluten free meals will become your favorite must make gluten free recipes! They're easy to make, delicious, portable, and healthy, too. What's not to love? Included in this post is a handy grocery shopping list for the ingredients needed to make all 6 recipes. #glutenfree #mealplan #mealprep #healthy

Happy Meal Prep Weekend! Today I’ve partnered with Whole Foods Market to bring you my 6 Go-To Gluten Free Meals with a Downloadable Recipe & Grocery List. Hope this helps you plan for Sunday and get ready to eat well next week! We are thankful for having a Whole Foods near by. Their Gluten free products allow me to continue to share and create gluten free recipes. But have no fear, you can also order ONLINE! Be sure to check out my Healthy Swaps Meal Plan for a chance to win a $50 Gift card from Whole Foods! WOO!

Okay, moving on.. Let’s chat meal time favorites!

I have a set of standards that need to be met before I label recipes as my go-to gluten free meals. As delicious as they may be, not every recipe I make is worthy of a must make. So what are the requirements?

Requirements for Go-To Gluten Free Meals

Go-to gluten free meals MUST be easy to make. As in a “toss it all together into one-pan casserole”! They must be healthy (for the most part). And they contain simple real food based ingredients!

This is why I love shopping at our local Whole Foods (or online). I can count on them to have my gluten-free products without the “junk.” Plus who doesn’t love all their pretty produce? Swoon! Once a week my husband and I make a trip into town and stock up on our Whole Foods Gluten-free favorites. A lot of these products you can’t find at a local grocer, which is why this trip into town is soooo worth it!

Now, let’s dig into these meals so you can get to planning. Mmm k?

Spiralized Sweet Potato Spaghetti Casserole

Lighten up a classic, home cooked, gluten free comfort food dish by using spiralized sweet potatoes! This simple and wholesome, grain free casserole recipe is ready to eat in 45 minutes. Protein rich and veggie packed.  To make dairy free, try Kite cheese cream cheese and cheeses. I find these at Whole Foods.

Another one pan wonder are skillet meals. They go from the stove top straight to the table. Prepare to dive into delicious, and don’t fight over the last piece, please.

Mediterranean Marinated Balsamic Pork Loin Skillet

This easy one pan meal is packed with veggies, nourishing, Paleo, low carb, gluten free, and ready to eat in 45 minutes. You and your family will love the tangy balsamic marinade!

Whole Foods finds – One of my favorite pre-made marinades/dressings is Primal kitchen Balsamic Dressing, which of course you can substitute in for the homemade version here.

The ingredients for go-to gluten free meals must be easily accessible. Hello LEFTOVERS. I love you.

Everything But the Kitchen Sink Soup (for Instant Pot OR Stove Top)

This healthy, gluten free soup recipe uses holiday leftovers. OK, you can go buy them fresh from the store if you want to. Anyway, there are instructions for cooking in an electric pressure cooker (ie, Instant Pot) or on a stove top. It’s a flavorful and healthy, veggie packed, gluten-free lunch or dinner. Throw in some chopped Kale for extra Vitamin K!

Whole Foods Finds – Optional uncured Bacon (Nitrate Free), organic frozen veggies, organic bunched kale.

Everything But the Kitchen Sink Soup is a HEALTHY soup recipe using holiday leftovers. This easy soup recipe has instructions for cooking in an Instant Pot or on a stove top. #instantpot #healthyrecipes #soup #glutenfree

My favorite go-to gluten free meals are FULLY LOADED with flavor. Because, let’s be honest, bland food is boring. Lemons + rosemary = FLAVOR TOWN!

Rosemary Citrus One Pan Baked Salmon

This healthy one pan meal is ready to eat in 20 minutes. Flavor packed with fresh rosemary, orange juice, lemon, veggies, sockeye salmon, olive oil or avocado oil, and spices. A deliciously nourishing gluten free meal that’s simple to make. Whole 30 and paleo friendly.

Nutrition is important in a go-to gluten free meal. These delicious breakfast cookies meet the criteria. Healthy omega 3’s… CHECK. Water soluble fiber and iron… CHECK. Delicious… CHECK!

Ultimate No Bake Breakfast Cookie Bites

These really are the ultimate no bake breakfast cookies! They’re packed full of wholesome ingredients, rich in fiber, plus a boost of protein! They tastes like a cookie, but they’re suitable for breakfast! Whole Foods Find – You’ll find plenty of gluten-free oats options!

I also believe that anything worthy of a must make recipe should be freezable and/or portable. Salad for lunch, ya’ll!

Spicy Shrimp Caesar Spinach Salad

The spicy shrimp and kickin’ homemade Caesar dressing is key to making this gluten free salad shine! Tender shrimp tossed in chile powder, onion, and cayenne, then baked crispy! A flavorful and healthy protein-rich salad! Paleo option, if needed!

Whole Foods Find – The best tasting AVOCADOS! They also carry a wide selection of gluten-free and paleo friendly bread to make croutons.

Bonus: VEGETARIAN must make gluten free meals:

Creamy Tomato Gluten Free Penne Pasta {dairy free}

We aren’t gluten-free but we’ve definitely been trying to eat a little less gluten lately, but we don’t want to give up some of our favorite foods either. There are so many great ideas here!
