Did you know that I’ve lived off eggs for lunch for the past 3 days?
Did you know that I bought this can of food just cause it looked cute? Oh and it goes well on turkey dogs!
Did you know that THIS GIRL finally convinced me to try white zin? Ya, never tried it till now.

Did you know that I love you. Just thought you should know.
You know, I couldn’t do a WIAW because I’m too mind-cluttered. So for me, these things are perfectly alright. 🙂
White zin is my favorite wine! Yum. How did you like it??
I did see that the search is back on for more LOVE bloggers. I’ll admit, I applied – those Oat Clusters & Love are just too good not to! 🙂
i liked it ok…a little too sweet, but i think i should try another one. How are you feeling post marathon? congrats by the way!!
I love seeing what you eat!!!
Mmmm chili….I could really really go for some now!!!
Hmmm something you don’t know…I’m terrified of spiders, snakes and people not liking me! LOL
Love you!
xxoo
Its impossible not to like you Kris. No need to fear there! <3
I love white zinfandel! How did you like it?
hate to say it but it was too sweet for me. But i tried it!! red zin is another story, i like!
It can be really sweet, but there a few brands out there that only rate a 1 or 2, you should check them out. I have never had red, any good ones you can recommend?
yes! seven deadly zins is good! what a good white to try?
I generally have eggs for at least one meal per day!
I applied to be a Love Grown Blogger 🙂
you did?! YEA!! i know you will be an awesome addition Jen. Best of luck!
Sure did!
Thank you 🙂 I’ll find out on December 1st if I made the first cut.
Thanks for the great post! Love your dog photo. BTW, I tried out the recipe from last week and it turned out great!

oh i adore you kalli. You never have to comment if you don’t have time. I know you are one busy woman, i just like to know how you are doing. xoxo
p.s.
I’ll stick to red zin, not a fan of the white. too sweet for me. But had to try it!
Chili season sounds like a great idea….it’s so cold in NY today! Not totally homemade happens here too (secretly)…
Have a great day!
its made at home, so that counts as homemade, right? hehe.
Did you know it is chili season year round in my house? We make it and eat it cold during the summer and eat it warm during the winter. It’s one of those foods that everyone in the family loves, and that’s rare!
year round? Oh i am so coming to your house in the spring!
I’ve been eating loads of egg lately! 😀 but I’ve never tried chili before! Though they look really comforting.. especially during a cold day!!
you’ve never tried chili? oh vien, you must!! tis the season. hehe.
Everything looks so good! I’ve totally been doing eggs for lunch too! Yay yolks
and the runnier the better, in my opinion.
😛
did you know … that i like sweet potato skins more than the actual sweet potato, that when it comes to mustard i prefer the cheap bright yellow stuff, that i can eat bowls and bowls of pickled ginger … or pickled anything!
did you know we have the same taste buds. Yep, i’ll share that love of potato skins….dipped in mustard? yum.
Hmmm – did you know that I have never watched an episode of any show involving a Kardashian or a Real Housewife? But I am addicted to Revenge on ABC this year. My new guilty pleasure.
okay I have not seen any FULL episodes of those. But now I am intrigued but the Revenge. Is that the Hampton one?
Fun post to read. 🙂 I still haven’t made any chili this year! Maybe one of these days…
I seem to live off eggs lately, too – usually for lunch as well!
i have a feel that sweet potato chii might be in the mix for you the next few days, yes? Billy can add his beef or chicken to it and BAM—> bird and bee meal!
love love love this posttt!!!!
um you have the cutest dog everrr
did you know that if one day she goes missing……it probably is because i took her!<3
hehe, you are now my designated dog/babysitter. Deal?
If you are doing WIAW then I need to jump on this bandwagon too. It is a great way to educate people about healthy eating and it not costing an arm and a leg.
Bet you didn’t know that your corniness is actually really cool.
oh sweeet! let the corniness shine bright! and yes, you need to jump on the WIAW. you are a great asset!
I always love the spin you put on typical WIAW posts. It’s so much more interesting than, “oh.. look, I ate a bowl of oats. Then I had lunch. It was a sandwich. For dinner I ate pasta. Happy WIAW!”
you really are trying to convert me to a sausage addict, huh? I’m really tempted to go out and buy some sauerkraut now too to compliment my TJs sausages!
i am trying to convert you. I think you will like it…. A LOT!
Did you know that TX will be sad to see you go?
oh you are too kind. I want to take TX with me, including YOU!
Mmmm your breakfast looks goooood! 🙂 And I LOVE YOUR DOG!! She is the cutest!
Did you know that I love Lindsay Cotter? 😉

mmm, yummy eats! nothing beats a good bowl of chili.
i may need to look into the love grown blogger search – sounds like a wonderful company 🙂
ih my gosh, you are the perfect LOVE BLOGGER!! GO GO, apply!
Aww, love the pic of the pup! All she needs is a little crown to complete the royal look…oh, maybe we could get her one of those awful tacky hats from the royal wedding! I hear they donated them to vet’s offices world wide to be recycled into doggie cone collars! 😉
That is my mom’s favorite wine, but I find that it’s just too sweet for me. But it IS pretty! Haha!
Did you know that I’ve practically eaten the exact same thing for three days in a row? With the night shifts, I’ve just been too tired to think of anything else!
Did I add enough exclamation marks to this comment??!!!!!!!
LOL! yes, i want her to be an awful hat wear”er.” she’s be cute! And i agree, white zin is a little too sweet for me, but i for sure wanted to give it a whirl. I adore my savingnon blanc, but now my palate knows. hehe.
Polar bears skin is actually black. There hair shafts are hollow and reflect the light.
hehe, i love all the facts you give me. Now I KNOW! <3
I appreciate the corniness – it was exactly what I needed today!
well from one corny friend to another, cheers!
I am so psyched to make eggs a part of my meal when I go home this weekend! I don’t eat hard boiled eggs and that is all they have at school… so I am excited to try new ways! I am thinking an egg sandwich 🙂
yes, fried egg sandwich with bacon and avocado. DO IT! you will be in heaven.
You are a busy lady, I like it! White Zin?! I hold a stereotype against that because I’ve only seen grandmas drink it, but if you say so:)
Impulse buy on cuteness, happens to the best of us.
Your humpday looks good!
hahaha, yes it is a grandma drink. I tried it. A little too sweet for me but I thought i needed to give it a whirl. Savignon Blanc has my heart for sure!
Mmmm…love your early bird breakfast! You’re quite the early riser! And eggs are SO stabilising and nutritious – I LOVE yolks, they taste AMAZING 🙂 Yummy lunch. 😛 Happy What I Ate Wednesday, lovely Lindsay! <3 xyx
PS: Your puppy is so CUTE!
I’ve had eggs for lunch the past 3 days too! I think they make the perfect meal any time of day! Your eats look delicious and your secret about the chili is definitely safe with me!
oh good, i know you can agree that sometimes eggs are just the best way to go. Because they go with everything. You guys feeling better? hope so! hugs.

me too. soup season is one of my favorite things about fall. whats your favorite?
Did you know that you will probably never drink white zin again?
Because Imma make you promise me right here. Right now. LOL.
Loved your limbo insight, by the way. Glad you said the gut was on the mend…I have been having bad tummy woes for about almost a week. It really is the worst and I now understand how it can make you so scared.
Anything to avoid “that.”
Eggs have been hooking me up, too.
you are right. How did you know? Savignon blanc will always win(e) my heart. Hope your tummy is better Missy. I know, the mind can be so daunting at times. argh!
Did you know…I’d love your recipe for that green chili stew?? My hubs would LOVE it too!! 🙂
i’m going to send you 3 step recipe. cause its really that easy, i can’t even call it a recipe.
Oh I love you too! Such a fun post and I always love your food shares. Your creativity with cooking never ceases to amazing me.
Did you know that I am in love with your dog? So so cute!
i’m in love with her too, that is until i find her on the couch! hehe.
Green chile stew recipe please!!! I love me some green chile EVERYTHING. It makes me sad that the sauce is often made with pork though – means i have to skip it at restaurants that don’t have a veg version. 🙁 Sad.
I used green chile in some “breakfast tacos” (ahem, improv dinner) last night. It never fails me!
Confession…. its a 2 step mix from here. http://www.cookwell.net/Products/Two-Step/Cookwll—Company-Two-Step-Green-Chile-Stew-Mix.aspx But so good! i had beans, pimentos, roasted chicken, and corn to the mix. But its gluten free and just plain AWESOME! i wonder if Washington has it? they better! you need your green chili!
The green chile stew sounds yummy. Do you have a recipe you can share?
I must confess Fran, its a 2 step mix from here. http://www.cookwell.net/Products/Two-Step/Cookwll—Company-Two-Step-Green-Chile-Stew-Mix.aspx But so good! i had beans, pimentos, roasted chicken, and corn to the mix.

So did you like the wine? I hope so! I love it so much!
I want to be a lovegrown blogger but have to wait, they do not have it in my area yet, Im hoping to get it here somehow ; )
Happy Wednesday love! xoxo <3
oh i hope the Lovegorwn gets to you soon! you need it. and i must confess, i thought the white zin was too sweet. I prefer dry and crisp sauvingnon blanc or a deep red zin. But I tried it, so thank you! and I LOVE YOU!
You and my husband are alike – he’s been eating eggs for lunch every day this week too! 🙂
does he like them every way too? I’ve had hard boiled, poached, fried, etc. YUM!

oh bird, she is a sweet one. So are you! I’m so glad you got to share the love already. Miss you.
Great WIAW Post! (but you knew that, didn’t you?!?) I managed to turn down pumpkin donuts at work this morning. You didn’t know that, but now you do. 🙂 I had my healthier but still delicious breakfast instead. Yay!!!

Ooh, I’d love your recipe for Texas Green Chile Stew! Sounds yummy! I’ve been living off off eggs the past few days too…Cheap and delicious–can’t beat ’em. 🙂
Did you know that Tofutti cream cheese is actually pretty good? I tried it for the first time on my omelet this morning and it *almost* passed for the real stuff! Oh, and did you also know that you inspire me every day? I’m sure you did, but just wanted to make sure. <3 <3
i’ve never tried tofutti, i want to. but soy is not working well with me these days. Maybe soon!
oh and you inspire me each day, i think we must even out. phew!
It seems like you know a lot already! 🙂 Yummy eats, as usual!
Your dog is too cute! Is she a chocolate lab?
she is! actually she is half lab hald blue lacy so she is only 40lbs full grown. so cute.
What a CUTE pup! That is a great pic. I need to try eggs for lunch more often than the usual hardboiled in a salad or egg salad or whatever. How did you make yours this week? Hmm…did you know that I am trying to love intervals even though I hate them? 😉
okay, try this. big spinach salad with baked butternut squash (cubed), tomato, avocado, feta, and a poached egg on top. GO MAKE THAT FOR LUNCH! yummm.
p.s.
Intervals are a love/hate.
white zin? really? youre a better woman than i – ick ick!!!! the bf and i made chili last night too! although its close to 70 degrees here and i dont want to eat it quite yet! plenty of time to eat chili in this long new england winter season!
it was too sweet for me, but I told her i’d try it. I prefer red zin for sure! Oh chili! are you going to post that recipe?
What are aduki beans? I feel like my bean loving self should know, but I don’t!
