A few month’s ago I had this big plan of creating a Workout Page. Well, as you can see, that has not happened. Although, I do have a category for all of my fitness and training posts. Maybe it will soon. Maybe it won’t. Who knows with this crazy Cotter! But I still wanted to share the crazy burpee workout love and HIIT workouts that I teach, so here are a few for you to round up. And for me to save for my so called “workout” page. I’ll be sure to do another round up post soon. Maybe once a month?
Note: I only teach this class 1x a week, maybe 2. I think HIIT training needs a lot of recovery. But this is just my opinion. Yes we like crazy workouts but we also think RECOVERY is EVEN MORE important.

On another note, I had the chance to review (for free) 2 monthly subscription packs. The first one is BESTOWED which most of you all know about. This month’s pack was pretty stellar! Probably because we love Skratch labs and of course Kombucha Coupons.
Another new awesome monthly subscription box (or pack) is called EnduroPack! This company is all about keeping endurance athlete well nourished. I’ve spoken to the owner several times and we just love what they are about. They send you a nutrition pack each month. They also promote some sort of small business in each pack –> even better! I love their Enduro liquid multi. The Kiwi ,of course, is using the rest of the pack. He’ll have to report back on that at the end of the month.
