A burpee workout can be rough! I’m rounding up a few of my favorite burpee workouts here for you. Let’s get healthy!
A few month’s ago I had this big plan of creating a Workout Page. Well, as you can see, that has not happened. Although, I do have a category for all of my fitness and training posts. Maybe it will soon. Maybe it won’t. Who knows with this crazy Cotter! But I still wanted to share the crazy burpee workout love and HIIT workouts that I teach, so here are a few for you to round up. And for me to save for my so called “workout” page. I’ll be sure to do another round up post soon. Maybe once a month?
Note: I only teach this class 1x a week, maybe 2. I think HIIT training needs a lot of recovery. But this is just my opinion. Yes we like crazy workouts but we also think RECOVERY is EVEN MORE important.

On another note, I had the chance to review (for free) 2 monthly subscription packs. The first one is BESTOWED which most of you all know about. This month’s pack was pretty stellar! Probably because we love Skratch labs and of course Kombucha Coupons.
Another new awesome monthly subscription box (or pack) is called EnduroPack! This company is all about keeping endurance athlete well nourished. I’ve spoken to the owner several times and we just love what they are about. They send you a nutrition pack each month. They also promote some sort of small business in each pack –> even better! I love their Enduro liquid multi. The Kiwi ,of course, is using the rest of the pack. He’ll have to report back on that at the end of the month.
Okay, now go do a burpee workout!

Totally saving a bunch of these workouts. I agree on the recovery things, while HIIT workouts are awesome- recovery is really important!
Can’t wait for the GF recipes for superbowl! We are going to be at our friends in Vermont that weekend and I plan on helping her cook everything and told her I’d bring some recipes!

I’ve done the “Strength the Sweat Slope” and it’s killer! Maybe I’ll make my boot campers do it tomorrow. 🙂 I’m ignoring all the others cause there are way too many burpees. HAHAHA!

WOW. Look at you!! All these awesome workouts – i think the last (green) one is my fave. I love Mountain Climbers. But I get a little depressed when I have to do burpees – not ideal since I just started Crossfit! LOL

thank you! i am gonna do the tabata one that ends with boat pose! i have hardly worked out for the last 2wks because my tattoos are healing!!! i’m ready to get back into it esp with this FREEZING weather, it makes getting a shower a little easier if i get sweaty first <3

Great workout round-up! I have to tell you though…I seriously hate burpees! I find them to be so challenging, but I do them anyway because I know they’re a great exercise.

I agree about HIIT – we have a class for HIIT at our gym and so far so many people have gotten hurt I think because they are not taking the proper recovery. I agree that it needs a good amount of recovery, the day after should be EASY!

I <3 <3 <3 TRX. I'm seriously considering getting one for the house, but I'm so afraid that we won't use it here. I definitely use it at the gym, but my current one doesn't have one. I could always be that creepy person who brings their own equipment to the gym… :\

Oh great! There is too much to comment on this post! Firstly, so many great workouts! That is funny you were ssaying about a page, as I was thinking the exact same thing! Just hadnt got round to it yet! Great minds think alike 🙂
Secondly, Enduropack got my ears pricked! As you know, my marathon went fom 2:40 pace to 2:49 because I ran out of fuel, and I am determined I am going to fix this before I even start my marathon cycle again. Enduropack may be a solution! I know I was ready to run 2:40 and I will be even more ready next time. I will be interested to hear how you get on! I would love to try it, if you like it 🙂

I’ve hit ‘workout’ into the search engine on this page many times, which brings up all your posts with workouts. Having a round-up like this one, whenever you feel like it, sounds like a great idea to me.
Burpee Break WOD, and the 3rd & 2nd last workouts stand out to me particularly , & shall be the first ones tackle!
