The August edition (4th edition) of Cotter Chronicles is here! I know, you’ve been waiting for it, haven’t you? Just kidding. In fact, I think we all have been UBER busy this summer, waiting around is for the birds. 😉
Soon we will be slowing down (hopefully) and smelling the pumpkins. YESSSSSSSSSS!!! Who’s ready for Fall? Um, this girl. This girl who is over Texas heat. I know, I say that each time. Fall also brings us more answers to life “schtuff.” Let me get to the news now, ok?
Last month the kiwi was a groomsmen in a friends wedding in San Diego. We hopped on a plane and was literally there for 2 days. Not long enough. We realized how much we needed time together and time AWAY from work and reality. We soaked up every ounce we got and the wedding was a blast!
Plus I got to see THIS GIRL. San Diego, you are missed and you are loved!
Now we are back to work and back on the job hunt thing for the Kiwi. His side coaching business is doing well though, and there is potential for more opportunity come October. So say a little prayer that all things align for us/him. Ok? I will keep you posted.

As you can see, I’m on a GLOBAL food kick. Hence THIS recipe and THIS bread. In fact, I made another batch of Naan bread yesterday. Different herbs and a little thinner. Updated the recipe for both versions. OH SO GOOD! Naan Bread Pizza night anyone?
