If there were one quote that defined our life right now,
this would be it.

p.s.
Hey I just found your blog and I think it’s fantastic 🙂
Love that quote!
I LOVE THAT QUOTE! And I think I follow that one as well right now. 🙂
good, you and me both. Heart and head, hopefully the two will come together soon! <3
loveee thisss!!!!!<3 this quote is soo truee!!! i am printing this out noww<3!!
i have all these quotes saved up. We need to make a huge quote billboard, eh?
And this is why I enjoy reading your blog Lindsay.. you always have such great posts to offer… and one with this wonderful quote! Love it
i think you already know that i love your heart friend, so thank you for always sharing it with me! xxoo
I sure do love a good quote!! And that is a GREAT ONE!!
Glad things are starting to shape up for you guys!! My favorite quote is: “if you can’t get rid of the skeletons in your closet, you’d best teach them to dance” (: Helps in all aspects of life!!
Now thats a life quote worth repeating daily! thanks niki. I am gonna hang onto that.
😉
I love your Thursday 30!! My hubby was not in love withe Xfit WOD, so I created a “300” rep workout for him, thinking I’m going to be “a Lindsay”! Feels good to create and encourage others!!!
“All it takes, is all you got!”
i love the 300 workout!! nice job Jess! youre such a pro at this. I have 1000 rep workout that left me wiped if youre up for it! hehe.
Haha I love that quote!! Brilliant! 🙂 And awesome workout!! Your workouts always look KILLER- I love it!!
I try to live by this quote: “Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you”. I make sure every day has joy, prayer and thanksgiving! 🙂
you know I love that quote! Why? Because its so true and a daily reminder that GOD is good!
gosh that is a great question! for me being at work the quote would be walk the walk, do what you say you will do, and for overall wellness….enjoy the ride 🙂
walk the walk…..i like it! no need to talk the talk when you can just show it! Have a great race this weekend Kalli!
Love that quote… thanks for sharing!
Have a great weekend! It’s a long weekend here and supposed to be really nice out. Maybe I’ll hit up this workout under the sun 🙂
I LIKE that one. you’ve gotta put some brainwork into following your heart, which…uh… a lot of people forget. 😉
I’m working with the “I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me.”
..need. that. strength.
you know you can really DO ANYTHING with that quote as your life theme. My favorite.
<3
Awesome workout! I love all the circuits you share. Definition of my life right now comes from a song lyric. “It’s something unpredictable, but in the end it’s right. I hope you have the time of your life!” Everything in my life is so unpredictable but if I just keep following my heart it seems to work out. 🙂
oh I know that song! who sings it again? definitely words to live by!
Now if only I could get my 15 year old son to take his brain with him…
haha, thats one to work on for at least another 10 years!
Love it, brains do help to have along the way 😉
I’ve been saving all the quotes that are coming out from Steve Jobs. What an incredible visionary, insightful genius to have in our lifetime. I could use a book with his advice & outlook.
oh man, i know! his quotes left me in awe yesterday. amazing!
What a GREAT quote!
a little too true at the moment too! haha.
The quote rocks! Love it!
Hope you guys are getting all settled! Its the weekend! YAY! xoxo
settled for the time being. I’ll take it! and you? lots of good down time?
I’ve never heard that quote, but I love it. It’s so important to do what you’re heart really wants you to, but you still need to stay on top of things and think! Easy to forget when you’re caught up in living the dream.
The quote for me is “Keep Calm and Carry On” because I seem to freak out over all the little things and it just gets in the way! I’ve been working on just doing the best I can and being satisfied with that.
yes, that brain power keeps us in reality, ya know? I love the keep calms quotes. story of my life as well!
Love you girl!!!! You’re amazing 🙂
I love this quote, and I believe that when you take it from your head to your heart you’re even more powerful! Love it!
xxoo
yes, well said Kris! now we just need to get those two “in sync.” woo! Happy Friday friend.
peace defines me at the moment … well, not really, but i figure i’ll “fake it ’til i make it” 🙂 i’m actively choosing peace & happiness. content in my journey and my struggles, content in the ever-pushing drive toward my future!
i say that all the time! Because if you really believe that, it will happen and there will be peace.
I like that quote! Mine is “Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.” 🙂
oh thats good. Her secret is also BEAUTY! you have that!
That is really a killer looking workout!! I got tired just reading through it.
not gonna lie, its short but sweaty! hehe.
LOVE the quote! My brain doesn’t follow the majority of the time though haha
Lately, I’ve been loving this one:
“I learned there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead, others come from behind. But I’ve bought a big bat. I’m all ready, you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me.” 😀
Alexandra, I love that quote! where did you find it? A new refridgerator posting for sure! thanks friend.
p.s.
did my comment go through on your last post or was i spammed? either way, love that soap box!! rock it!
great quote. I hope my brain is still here LOL
haha, mine is never there after 5pm and after wine. But its happy!
love that quote!! xo
yes m’am! ready to get this brain back……in a little bit.
You know that quote defines me! The other one is that I fear my guts have sh*t for brains! Seriously! Oh well, I guess things could always be worse. Keep your chin up young person!
haha, my guts have Sh*t too! maybe we need to give them a little air freshner. <3
Love that quote!
My fave of this moment is:
Leap and the net will appear!
oh yes, stealing that! i am ready to leap!
Am I allowed to do the workout tomorrow?? Just finished dinner and it’s getting dark outside.
you can do anything you’d like my friend. Fitness friday it is!
Great minds think alike 😉
totally! we needed to do a duo post today for our 30 minute workouts.
Oh, love that quote! I need to figure out how to follow my heart a little more though and not be soooo stuck to the brain. Get out of my comfort zone and live.
our brains hold us back sometimes, don’t they? I think once we free ourselves of routine from time to time, we see life. Not to say routine is bad, but too much of a good thing is never good, right?
I don’t know if it defines me, but I’m feeling this quote from Buddha at the moment: “It is our very search for perfection outside ourselves that causes our suffering.” Love!
Well this is definitely what I am doing tomorrow!!! I just need to find a place where I won’t get watched the whole time haha
is there a school track? I love doing it there!
I think I am still missing out on your posts sometimes…I need to fix that! Lately I have just been thinking…take care of the little things and one step at a time…a little at a time will eventually get me to the big picture 🙂
i think you might still have me on blogger domain. A lot of people do, hehe. Thats okay, i am glad to hear from you whenever you have time. Take of the little things, like you said sweet friend.
Can’t say I will do the workout, but my day does include continuous heaving lifting of a little beast, chasing said beast around the house and multiple pram-missions. It all counts right?
My quote of the moment is:
“It’s all fun and games until someone loses an eye”
My little beast has discovered other people’s eyeballs (usually mine) and enjoys poking them.
i think thats harder than this workout, plus its a 24 hour job! phew!
What an awesome quote! Let’s see…
“She believed she could, so she did”
and
“The happiest people don’t have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything they have.”
My faves right now 🙂 And thank you for the birthday shoutout! you are so sweet! XO!
i love that first quote. IT defines YOU to a T!!!
Great quote! It strikes a good balance between following your heart and yet still making good decisions. Haha, I just re-said your quote, but you know what I mean…
Anyway, my favorite has always been “joy isn’t the absence of sorrow, but the presence of God.” Always such a great reminder that joy is a deep down thing that we have even in the hard times when we aren’t happy. 🙂
i love that quote too! Joy really is a state of being, a deep sense of blessing. Oh yes!
