Well Happy Friday friends. I don’t think I’ve ever been more happy to see Friday, especially a Friday with a doctor appointment. Ha! But this a good day! It’s Photo Friday, and like I mentioned yesterday, today’s Photo Friday is kind of EPIC!

Lovely Lisa share a genuine kiss with her cute nephew, eyes closed and all. And Sam, a moment of genuine accomplishment after conquering Mt. Washington with her Mom! Sam’s mom had just been diagnosed with Breast Cancer, yet she still climbed and she is now cancer free!
How cute are those twins?! Genuinely CUTE. Kristen’s boys are genuinely loved. And Tianna finishes her half marathon with some GENUINE STRENGH, physical and mental!
Dorry and Billy (bird and bee) showing some genuine husband/wife time. And Lauren, enjoying a genuine moment of freedom in Tibet. Saw a waterfall and just had to get in. No thoughts to body image or fears. Just went for it.
Christine’s cutie pie son, genuinely too cool for school, blazing his own path and snacking along the way.
Well, did you smile? I sure hope so.

to be honest, i want to go back. Well i love it hear but i need to focus on slowing down still. I get caught up too fast with things. I am so thankful for your ongoing encouragement. How are YOU?!
I hear you on needing to slow down; that’s how I feel about living in Washington, DC. It’s so easy to get caught up in the “rat race,” and I find myself pouring energy into finding time to decompress. So slowing down becomes exhausting in itself. Does that make sense? It’s a constant challenge to stay “balanced,” when everything is moving 100-miles/minute! I find that I take better care of myself when I’m outside of this environment, which sounds a bit like how you felt living in NZ. How about we move to some relaxing tropical island and drink kombucha together every day?
